In the unlikely event that you may need to return your engagement ring, diamond jewelry or loose diamond, please contact the Sales Team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Upon arrival back in our office, the engagement ring, diamond jewelry or loose diamond will be thoroughly examined. We will only provide a refund if there are no scratches or marks on a diamond and no sign of wear. The engagement ring, certified loose diamond or diamond jewelry cannot have been altered in any way. Any item damaged or altered will not be refundable. When shipping the package back to us please make sure it’s fully insured for the value shown on the invoice. Returns must include the diamond grading certificate and a copy of the invoice in order for a full refund to be issued. Refunds will be provided in the same method payment was originally made.
